Why is my order pending?
Or…. “I paid but I haven’t received my products! “
Well here is some information – 99.9999% of the time this is due to the payment processor or bank placing a hold on your account. You may contact us regarding the order but, unfortunately, we can’t control the processing time nor update you on the status as that is with a third-party. Your products will not be processed until full-payment is received by the Site.
Rest assured once we receive the funds your order will be processed.
Refunds will not be given on pending orders.
